Reporting scheme Integrity
AAP Animal Advocacy and Protection is firmly rooted in society. All employees and volunteers are carefully selected based on their commitment to our objectives and their awareness of our social responsibility.
If you nevertheless see or suspect that an employee or volunteer within our organisation is not acting with integrity, please report this to us via this page. Scan the QR code to submit a report in TrusTool, our secure channel where our internal confidential advisers will handle your report.
Examples of integrity breaches:
- conflicts of interest;
- manipulation of or misuse of (access to) information; incompatible roles, relationships or activities;
- criminal offences during working hours, such as theft, embezzlement, fraud or corruption;
- criminal misconduct outside working hours;
- waste or misuse of property;
- inappropriate behaviour, including aggression, violence, discrimination, (sexual) harassment, bullying, stalking, etc.
